Retaining Walls

Master Lift takes pride in restoring homes with a pier and beam foundation. We offer encapsulation services and install de-humidification equipment with climate control systems that help reduce utility bills. Foam Injections

Foam injections are a fast, less intrusive repair process for correcting settled and unstable concrete surfaces. From foundation slabs and exterior sidewalks to interstates, and everything in between, poly foam injections is economical, fast and effective for quickly correcting settlement and instability. Foam injection technology is similar to mud-jacking except it's less intrusive, cleaner and more expensive than traditional mud-jacking techniques.

Mudjacking

Do you have uneven concrete or a sinking driveway? Don't replace it, level it. Trip hazards pose potential liabilities for both residential, commercial and multi-family properties. We can save you money and save you time, eliminating the problems associated with sinking concrete using our Master Mud-jacking system. We first drill a port hole through the concrete surface and then inject a cementitious grout to fill the void and raise the concrete back into place.
